Approach

Tony offers tailored solutions across advisory, consulting, mentoring and coaching – recognising that the approach to each will vary according to what is best for the client. In some cases, clients want someone to come in and deliver the change; in others they want to run and own the change themselves but lack the expertise or experience to do so. In many cases, there is a need both to deliver and upskill the existing team. Increasingly, executives need a trusted coach who can bring process expertise and deep facilitation skills to help optimise performance.

How To Get Best Value From HR: The Shared Services Option

An efficient and cost-effective HR function is essential to the successful running of any organization. And yet for many businesses it is impossible or costly to have HR staff in every office. This is particularly true for companies who have many branches, such as banks and building societies. So what are they to do? Increasingly they are turning to shared services by creating a unit within the organization that typically undertakes personnel administration and basic operational support.
